Rustica and Classica combine the best of Italian baking tradition with Nordic taste. Rustica has a unique combination of rye, barley, and oats, giving it a Nordic character, perfect for bread, pizza, and sandwiches. Classica is the original recipe, baked with Italian ingredients, award-winning olive oil, and sourdough “lievito madre” with over 120 years of history.
Each bread is handmade, baked on stones from Carrara, and contains up to 80% water, ensuring lightness and crispness. Flash-frozen to preserve quality – from freezer to serving in under 10 minutes.

- Contains up to 80% water in the dough, while a traditional pizza dough has around 55-60%.
Classica
The original simple recipe, with ingredients of the highest quality. A combination of great craftsmanship, high water content, and top-quality ingredients gives the Classica version a fantastic taste and a uniquely light and crispy texture that defines UNICA. Wonderfully flavorful and crisp.
BASED ON: Wheat flour
Rustica
With familiar Nordic ingredients like rye, barley, and oats, the Rustica version has a unique Nordic taste that makes it exciting as a standalone bread, a pizza base, or for sandwiches. Even though it is packed with flavorful flours and seeds, it still has UNICA’s characteristic lightness and crispness.
BASED ON: Wheat flour, rye flour, oat flour, barley, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, and sesame seeds.
